Delivery Time

Product Return Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

A clear unboxing video must be recorded at the time of receiving the parcel and shared with us.

You must contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.

Refund & Cash Back
